HTO-translations Office offers professional services in both translation and formatting, while maintaining a high level of quality control and working to meet all of our customers’ needs. Besides translation, we are happy to provide related services in the form of word processing and standard text layout, free document storage, hard copy and disk copy of the translated document, and document delivery (via e-mail or fax or via Saudi couriers). Additional services include advanced formatting and layout, photocopying, printing and binding, and editing.

Delivery Options
On the date agreed upon, the final translation is forwarded to the customer in compliance with the conditions stated in the order. Meeting delivery deadlines is a priority for every project. Our translation process ensures quality without sacrificing punctuality.

Rates
Our rates are highly competitive and always negotiable. We confer with you to find a price that works for both of us, based on each, individual document’s level of complexity, formatting, tools required, type of original, time frame, etc. Some documents are clear and straightforward, while other projects require intensive involvement and research.
Documents containing complex graphics and drawings require greater effort than plain texts. Certain projects require the purchase of additional software packages to work with proprietary document formats and structures.
